Sometimes it takes extreme antics to raise awareness for those in extreme need.  That's why we are here.  That's why we will make our trip as humorous and full of antics as we can  - so those who can help will notice the charities we are raising funds for!   We're proud that you are here. And that you are noticing!

It may seem insane but we hope to raise $30 000 for our chosen charities.  As we have said, this IS an adventure with a purpose.


Our Charities:

Kamloops Boys and Girls Club - Power Start Program    www.bgckamloops.com/

The goal of this program is to alleviate any issues that pose barriers for children to reach their full potential.  This is achieved by supporting children and families with transportation to school, opportunities for inclusion with peers, fun activities, personal hygiene, and nutritional food.   We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to education and a safe place for them to interact with others and learn and grow as an independent individual. 

Instructions:  Click on the Kamloops Boys and Girls website and go through paypal.  You just need to say donate for 'other' and then type in "mongol rally girls" and that's that!!!  You are able to get a Canadian Tax Receipt through Kamloops Boys & Girls Club.

Children and Young People Protection and Development(CYPPD)  http://www.childrensprotectionmongolia.org/  

CYPPD focuses on the protection of Mongolian children who are homeless; children who are being abused or are at risk of abuse; and children who are, or are at risk of becoming, victims of the sex trade, human trafficking and other exploitative activities such as child labour. Money raised for this charity helps to build social centres that act as a safe haven for at-risk children.
